What are the best aspects of this product?

I purchased DraftSight Pro Version and it has been a perfect partner for my AutoLISP files. The user interface is also helpful for faster drafting.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am using a high-end PC and it still lags quite a lot so I think it's a software issue.
