Every basic tool is available free. If you want more advanced features, there are options for upgrading.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is little documentation available. More of it would be nice.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is a nice software that meets all of our basic needs because investing in AutoCAD would have been a huge loss for us.
