What are the best aspects of this product?
What I like best about DraftSight is its zero-dollar cost. This is beneficial because, as an engineer, I do not use 2D software often and it would not make sense to acquire a license for a costly product.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The user interface needs an update though since it is free software, I cannot expect much.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Making quick 2D sketches is easy with DraftSight. Because of this, I can relate my ideas to colleagues before we build 3D models on other platforms.
