User-friendly with an intuitive GUI that's readily available for download and has a free version too. The best tool to export images in JPG, GIF, PDF, PNG, etc. Also, have useful basic functions such as edit, resize, crop and advance tools such as brushes and pen to paint, draw and sketch. You can also insert shape objects, file import, and export to other file formats.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's expensive but nonetheless, it's a great and high-performance platform.
