What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that you can download the app easily and that you don't need to create an account. It's a big edge and also its design features. It's so easy to use compare to other software. It's really useful for someone like me who has little design experience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I didn't like that it's not been updated yet. They said that I might not use the program if I update my computer software. I haven't upgraded my computer software until now as it may delete all of my work for this reason.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm creating content for the research lab I'm working on. We develop content for the conference we're holding and for other projects. This has been a very helpful tool, especially that we're a non-profit and we don't have the funds to hire a graphic designers.
