What are the best aspects of this product?

It provides a great platform and storage space where you can store your files. I am able to store and download my files whenever I need to. When it comes to the photo gallery I can sync photos from my device into the Dropbox automatically which secures them. On top of that, I can easily retrieve them on my computer or PC from the Dropbox. This not only saves the time but also the effort of looking for your photos. The upload and download process of the files is fast and efficient in a way that is save a lot of time to get you photos on your PC or when you want to share them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is limited in terms of functionality. It tends to lean more towards storage of files rather than other features. Since ci deal with projects every now and then, I would like to see a tool that offers project management features and other advanced functionalities that Dropbox does not have. It can be hectic when you want to manage or organize your files in a specific way. For example by color as this tool does not provide for such customization. In short, the tool does not offer full service solution and thus you are limited to how you can make the best use of it depending on what you are looking for.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has been really a time saver on my part. As a freelancer, I am always on the move looking for new clients and taking advantage of better opportunities. My clients have to be up to date with what is happening and with the help of Dropbox, I can save time in terms of responding to their queries or where they may need clarification. I do not have to wait until I go back to my work station to give them a response as I can do so and share a file to help them understand the issue better. This in return helps to improve client satisfaction as they are able to get quick feedbacks from me.
