This is a very useful platform because it lets me confidently share sensitive files with my employees and business partners instantly. It runs smoothly on different devices too, such as on desktop, laptop, and mobile. Dropbox is surely a handy software that I use on the go.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The Dropbox interface when presenting files and folders is quite complex. A simpler and easier to use interface would be helpful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

You all know how critical it is to handle confidential or sensitive documents. But Dropbox lets me enjoy some peace of mind, knowing that my confidential files are all safe in it.
