Dropbox is a wonderful solution for storing files to the cloud that is highly accessible from anywhere. It comes with a free account version where you can instantly upload your first file too. The cloud storage is highly secured, and it processes files faster than other solutions. Sharing stored files is extremely convenient as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This is not a perfect choice for business purposes. First, it doesn’t offer reliable encryption for the clients, and it doesn’t have any internal searching feature too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Dropbox is largely helpful for keeping any important files in a secured place, such as personal files that I often leave behind. And I can easily access such files without problems, regardless of my location or the device I use.
