My thoughts about using the Dropbox platform

What are the best aspects of this product?

Dropbox free version conveniently offers a decent amount of space that I use for sending small files to clients. Anybody can access contents depending on file settings, then I receive smart notifications when somebody puts any file in a shared folder. Its interface is very smooth and simple, as well as it doesn’t have any unnecessary stuff.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Dropbox is a very cool platform. I cannot point to any problem with this simple cloud storage solution.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Dropbox largely helps me when sending various files to certain clients. This is especially useful when their file size exceeds the capacity of Outlook.
