PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Dropbox is easy to use and an ok solution for individuals wanting to share files with other individuals - but NOT an acceptable business solution.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Having a business account and paying more than $600 annually I would like access to a human being via the phone. I had to fire an employee and needed to speak to someone to understand how to see the employee's activity in drop box and ensure the employee no longer had access to my business files. I was not able to get anyone to speak with me.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Some type of customer service. The only phone number is a sales number- and I was not even allowed to call this number because as a business client I didn't have access via the phone- seriously.
