Simple to use even for a beginner

What are the best aspects of this product?

Everything is in the place where it is supposed to be. From simplicity to the safety of your files, you get all that when you use the Dropbox tool. It helps to organize your file as they are a created in your computer. You can synchronize all your files from your computer into your Dropbox which leaves them secure. Even a beginner will find this product easy to use as the interface is simple. It acts as a backup tool which assures that all your files stored offline are backed up into Dropbox. You can store both your business and personal files for safe keeping.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are few issues that Dropbox comes with and I can only think of one which was the most disappointing. When it comes to downloading large files, it may give you a headache. For our business operations, we receive files including photos in bulk and large files. To download those files, you have to select them in a batch and download them altogether. This saves the time and space which allows you to work faster. However, for the case of large files, you have to download one at a time and thus frustrating to some levels as it takes a lot of time to complete downloading many large files from Dropbox.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have been able to share files with people we want, regardless of where they are. It may be within the states or internationally, whichever the case Dropbox has allowed us to be successful in the same. Through such sharing, we have managed to be smooth in our operations as we can communicate effectively on the same. Our efforts to backup programs on Dropbox have become successful as it allows us to sync those programs we create for safe keeping. It is great to know that you can store or backup any type of file in Dropbox without much hustle. With this product, we have become reliable on how we handle our files in general.
