What are the best aspects of this product?
I like their Mac and iOS app. They work seamelessy with each other. For instance, in a matter of clicks, I'm able to screengram, include an arrow, and paste it into a slack chat or ticket. I'm able to take a screenshot via my smartphone, then have it uploaded to Droplr. Then Have the link automatically pasted on my clipboard.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
From the previous company I worked for, some used a chromebook. And that didn't really lead to a good experience.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It does so many things. I'm now able to interact ideas in a visualized manner. I can share design mock from team to the next. I can visually do bug reports. Sharing mobile screenshots is super simple.
