A great productivity app in the market.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This app/service tremendously assisted in streamlining my work. I've already had some of my colleagues sign up. And it's worth the purchase. I'd suggest this to anyone who are in need of sharing digital files with clients of fellow colleagues. Its ease of use and support are the best when in terms of collaborative service. Droplr concentrates on what's important and enhanced its experience in steps that I can easily appreciate as a user.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I was hoping there's some way in sharing a collection/album. It's not just limiting the sharing to a single item. Another functionality that I'd like to have is sharing code snippets. Having the ability to share snippets is awesome. But it'd be nice to store and share syntax-highlighted code snippets too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Sharing assets via research processes and development. This made things a lot simpler in communicating with my cutomers and expediting decision making. Capturing video of software interaction screenshots of designs improved significantly. That's in terms of interacting with peers and customers.
