A huge time saver!

What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool does an amazing job in getting ideas to someone who's not in the same room as you're in. Whether it's short vids to annotating screenshot, the process involved in making media to share with someone else is simple to do. What's more, it's very smooth to do. This is a must for those who want to share ideas, issues, or workflows in blazing speeds. Keyboard shortcuts are worth looking into.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only issues the came with the software is that software updates tend to reset the shortcut keys. The process in which Dropr runs in the backround is only a few percentage of memory. For high-intensive machines, this can be draining. But its pricing is negligible to the advantages it offers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're in the tourism industry running a SAAS platform. I currently work in development. I've been using this software to making UX/UI experience inquiries for the IE product team. I get Droplrs from support regarding issues encountered within the system. It's awesome in showcasking any workflow issues.
