What are the best aspects of this product?

It does a good job capturing high quality screenhots. What's more, it doesn't take up a lot of hard drive space. It's a great tool that doesn't strain you or worry if you'll run out of hard drive space. Since I constantly work on design and video frequently, I'm constantly clearing my hard drive. Droplr keeps me at ease and helped me does things --- even better.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't favor its .GIF functinality. That prevents you from adjusting the frame rate. Hence, expect to have slow .GIFs. GIFs tend to offer exceptional value when pointing out problems with a client site or a specific video I'm editing. I don't want any issue to take half a minute when the real problem on its own is only a couple seconds long.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

In plain terms, we're all trying to save storage space. Whenever our design team requires an evaluation option, instead of just making a screenshot and doing an upload, they go for Droplr. All it takes is to paste the link and then talking about a certain element of the problem. This is a time saver and takes less space. This enhances efficiency since our team won't have to worry about cleaning up disk space every month.
