What are the best aspects of this product?

Sending out files should never be a difficult task. It should never get in the way of your work. Droplr made file uploads a cinch. With a functionality in acquiring a link, even while it's in the middle of uploading, you just send out a link and voila! You've barely wasted any time. When it comes to tracking bugs, its screengrab and annotation functionality is amazing (and it's hard to continue with work without them).

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Going back one year, the gif/video functionality was extremely faulty. But they were able to get that fixed. Aside from that, it's a matter rebooting the app. This tends to resolve any encountered issues.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Currently in the digital agency industry, we needed to find a way to swiftly explain instances and deliver multiple times monthly. Droply significantly cut down our time and prevented us from dealing with upload forms. Instead, it altered our focus on the creative process. Another standout is that since the files being shared can no longer be shared, they were able to represent a file snaphshot at that given moment.
