Droplr has been an app that I use a lot.

What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like the best is how it's really simple to use. Through a simple keyboard shortcut, I'm ale to pick a screenshot in any area of the screen. I don't need additional steps for copying and pasting things. The link itself is copied automatically. I make use of this feature numerous times daily for my design work as well as in mockups.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I just wish there was a way to bulk select items within the Home area for deletion/management. Other than that, nothing else.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Just recently, I'm starting to maximize its screenshot functionality. Not too long ago, I was able to screencast an issue from another app in sending to another developer. Thankfully, it capture the visible action issue. So there's never a need to do any explanining. Droplr was the hero of the day!
