Excellent product for team collaboration

What are the best aspects of this product?

Super simple, easy to use, powerful file transfer ability. it makes taking and sharing screenshots and screen videos as easy as possible and stores all of them in a web app that is easily reference-able. The link shortner, full page screenshots, and security features are super helpful and our team uses them every day.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I like most aspects of this product, i can't think of anything that would make it better.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to see an android app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Bug reporting, customer support tickets, file transfer, communication in Jira, Slack, Trello and more.
