What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool has been invaluable to our team. We're consistently sending out screenshots and screenshares through Slack. At times, we e-mail what we took to our team working remotely. The fact that I'm ow able to share a screenshot and video almost immediately through a link made this tool a lot more useful. Its ease of use is awesome.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The thing I hate with Droplr is the time it takes to upload bigger files. I can understand it would take a bit of time to get the bigger items out. It's not really a deal breaker, but it can be a waste of time. Somtimes, it's hard to see myself waiting half an hour for the upload to finish.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can now acquire answers a lot quicker as opposed to going through details of a certain scenario. All it takes is to send out a screenshot along with a video screenshare response. It made our team interaction simpler. And it helped us to be thorough with support answers.
