I can’t see living a life without Droplr for work.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how I'm able to send a huge image to another person. It's just dragging my file to Droplr. Then getting a link from that. And then sending it to any client I want. I absolutely favor sending annoations and comments in a matter of clicks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The thing that I don't favor is a bug that would show up whenever I'm attemt to make an annotation. This problem happened recently. The bug occurs whenver I press the "Upload" button on my PC. The arrow/share would seemingly go crazy and ends up gettng misplaced. It pushed me to repeat the entire process. When the upload fails, I'm forced to recreate my annnotation (really annoying).

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Sharing info regardless if it's a big file or an annotated picture. It made my working life a whole lot easier. In case of a huge file, being able to send it to a client could lead to bounced mail. This happens particularly in an e-mail with limited inbox storage space. That can be frustrating. Now all I need is to use Droplr, paste the link within the e-mail, and send it.
