What are the best aspects of this product?

Its annotation support mixed with quick uploading for a URL that can shared is really great. I take an average of 20-30 snapshots daily to send stuff for employees doing remote work. The annotation tools are precisely what i require. They're straightforward and simple. No need for all those stars, emojis, and etc. The mac app appears to run within the sytem bar as opposed to making a clutter on my dock.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm never a fan of its web portal. I barely use it. How the screenshots are organized for a heavy user like myself isn't really stellar. I don't care much about the web portal since I'm never, in any way, utilizing it. I was hoping the screenshots would be saved locally. That way, there's no need to go to the site just to extract a file screenshot.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to cpature an annotated screenshot and sending it over to an employee, client, or contact is insanely a big help. Getting an arrow point on what text field, button, or comment saved me a chunk of hours daily. I create every bug report, problem, and QA resolution to be sumitted which also contains a screenshot. We're a lot more productive this time around and I've pushed my client to get themselves a copy of this amazing software. It brings added clarity to the entire process.
