My Droplr review.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The screencasts and screenshots are ridiculously easy. I love possessing a customized domain for any of my drops. It's handy since I can now send out a short URL to users. I also possess statistics of an individual looked into a drop. Its pricing options are reasonable for the services offered.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its web UI tends to ge a bit confusing and difficult to utilize. The regular app is way better. Since I'm working on my own, I rarely have any need for other premium features. To be honest, there's never a need for the other features. GIF building can be flaky at times. When screencasting a vid, there are audio controls lacking, which makes it even more difficult to tell.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I work as a developer so I usually send out screenshots for any technical problem encountered and when a client is facing an issue. Its URL shortening and stats on who viewed the drops is extremely helpful. I'd recommend this to those who wants a quality service like that of Droplr. It's perfect for freelance developers or small businesses.
