What are the best aspects of this product?

This app/service greatly streamlined my work to a level that I didn't immediately expect. I managed to get several of my colleagues to subscribe. So far, it's worth every penny spent. I highly recommend it to those who want to share digital asset with clients and co-workers. Its simplicity and excellent support happens to be some of the most worthy experiences I've ever gone through.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I just wish there was some way in sharing a collection/album. Not just sticking with one person. Another thing I'd like is sharing code snippets. Having the ability to text snippets is awesome. But I'd love it if you can share and even store highlighted syntax code snippets.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Sharing assets within research and development processes. This made it a lot simpler to interact with my customers and makes decision making faster. A significant improvement is noticeable when taking screenshots and video capturing software interaction with customers/colleagues. Nothing is as great as having the convenience to do both!
