What are the best aspects of this product?

Drupal is great tool for building and managing websites. I like that this platform provides in-built GUI based functionality for creating workflow rules, content types and custom content management requirements. The fact is that Drupal has robust built-in user management system and you can easily extend it accroding to your needs. With command line tools you can make operational management tasks like sync’ing device to production, upgrades and others.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have found that some management features are not as intuitive as those within the Wordpress.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to create several websites for custom content types and to integrate with third party, pull/push data and hosted systems.
