What are the best aspects of this product?

With Druva working in the background, I don't have to constantly worry about backing up my PC at every turn. It gives me the confidence to work smoothly and without interruption.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't have any beef with the performance itself. However, I would appreciate it if the program would give prompts to let me know of every successful data backup.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use this alongside other inSync tools. It's great for accessing data across multiple devices, regardless of my location.
