A reliable back-up tool that’s barely noticeable.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Druva manages to perform all of its functions without being too clunky. I might even go as far as to say that its inconspicuous design (at least where the users are concerned) is one of its greatest benefits. It does its job of safely backing up data with ease. Its interface is designed for the utmost efficiency and is simple enough for most users to understand. It has features that engage users right from the dashboard too. And lastly, it's accessible online too--a benefit that we've all been able to fully utilize.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Admittedly, we've hit some snags while setting up Druva for our business. Our company firewall somehow filters some of its data, despite our careful configuration of defined ranges and whatnot. When this happens, recovering the filtered out data becomes an unnecessary task for me and my team. The task itself is not something that I look forward to; it's laborious, time-consuming, and manual.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Despite its shortcomings, Druva is still a trustworthy program that helps us back up all of our important company data. Because it is hosted on the cloud, it's easily accessible for our team too. We don't have to worry about external hard drive crashing at this point.
