What are the best aspects of this product?

Perhaps one of Druva's main selling points is its simple and easy-to-use interface. Once you've installed it, it works quietly in the background. One will barely notice that it's there. It works well as a monitoring device too--inconspicuous and reliable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There have been some complaints filed regarding CPU problems during backup. We have yet to establish direct reasoning for this, but we're investigating the matter.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this to save all of our necessary data into one, single server. Not only that, but Druva has proven to be a reliable and secure data protection tool as well. It allows us to be more open with our security policies, and thus be more transparent, with our clients and stakeholders.
