What are the best aspects of this product?

It has everything you need for organizing and managing a conference or any big events. I also like that it has its own app which makes it even more convenient to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The web builder is not that flexible. I wish there are more ways to customize the website to make its appearance fit the feel of the event. Setting up the payment method is a little confusing, too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's an all-in-one tool that helps us organize our events.
