What are the best aspects of this product?

They have the best customer service. They were able to respond to all the questions we had even if it was last minute. We appreciate their patience in us. In this type of work, we know that clients can be demanding, but they were always respectful and courteous.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The UI of their website dashboard should be improved. I think it is a bit outdated and needs to be upgraded to be on par with its competitors.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to build a website without much experience because it has all the tools we need. It is recommended for small businesses.
