What are the best aspects of this product?

The website builder provides ease of use. It helps you publish your site and customize it as you want. They also provide great customer support. They never fail to answer any of my queries.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't think Duda can cater to large websites. It is perfect for small ones though.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Creating and customizing websites is a breeze. I was able to update it from time to time so I can send announcements to my clients. It is a great help especially now that there is the COVID-19 pandemic.
