What are the best aspects of this product?

On the actual charts, Dundas provides some good customization. It is focused on the internet, so you can navigate it from anywhere, and resume your work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some disadvantages, for instance, if you want to scan out a lot of data, the sensor continues to extend to the right of the screen to show everything you've picked, yet you can't see the button that accepts your choice. When you click on it to cover certain items in the UI, everything you have chosen is lost. It gets irritating when you try to scan out dozens of accounts, for instance
