Superb product for reporting

What are the best aspects of this product?

I liked that it has several functionalities it offers to create report, from the interface up to the last graphics. It was amazing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's none as of the moment. Though it takes much time when it's loading up a huge chunk of data, it's still excellent with its functionality and versatility.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Dundas, we now have data representation to have a better analysis, unlike our previous system that uses spreadsheets for reporting.
