PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like that unlike other similar programs, this one has a sandbox that is documented and robust. I can't say enough good things about their API documentation. I also like how I quickly get responses when I bring up problems to their support forum. Their webhooks actually work, and I also should commend how well thought out their test cases for things like failure models are.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Frankly, I don't have any complaints. This has really made what could be a complicated infrastructure easy to deal with it. Can't think of anything I'm displeased with.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this software, we've been able to avoid any big issues, especially when it comes to processing losses or fraud. If anything, the software has been able to handle the other issues that have come up considering the sheer volume of our users. The fact that it has been able to handle the large volume of our customers is also something to be appreciated.
