What are the best aspects of this product?
I really appreciate their dashboard since it keeps me on top of things. Updates show up in real time, and if there are any hurdles, I can depend on their customer service agents since they respond promptly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I do want a couple of changes to be implemented. When it comes to transactions that aren't business-related, the current API has no addenda for it, and I'd really like to see that in future versions. Being able to accept cheques as payment would also be a great thing to add.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This has really helped out iron any kinks in our cash flow by automating it. It's been a great help when it comes to real estate investing.
