Operating it is straightforward but some processes are repetitive

The layout design was user-friendly. Installing the software was also easy-breezy, putting everyone on-board in no time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn't work well on Windows 7 in terms of restoring backups. Either there's a problem with the system or I did not have enough storage space.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can maneuver it effortlessly through XP and it does plenty of backup tasks.
