What are the best aspects of this product?

EaseUS boasts of a large number of features no free software could match in terms of quantity and quality. The automated schedule backup capability is outstanding. Plus, it is very lightweight that you can finish backups with an average performing home computer.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Because it is robust of features, the commands, the tools, the jargon are overwhelming. It requires a few weeks of intensive use before you can be comfortable with it. But I think this is a common challenge when migrating to new software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With just a few clicks, you can perform or schedule an end-to-end automated backup. The disaster recovery feature, through which we can recover past backups even in other devices, is also a big strength of the app.
