What are the best aspects of this product?

These are the things I like the most about Easy Insight: easy and practical access to all data sources, building connections between them, automated reporting, automated dashboards, using a simple URL to share reports and to download them, consolidating reports on complex dashboards which provide for data calculation and conditional modifications.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Each report comes with a variety of options, and that can cause documentation to 'disappear' from time to time. Some of the new report properties are too playful for my taste, but I am sure this is a matter of time, as support claims to be working on it already.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The biggest problem we've solved is using the software to collect data from multiple types and dimensions, and such coming from all sorts of sources (even at low TCO), into a single comprehensive dashboard. As expected, the dashboard looks very professional, since it is generated dynamically and integrated straightforward with the data sources. The best part of our experience is definitely automation.
