Intuitive and very flexible tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

Collecting data from multiple sources and reporting is made really easy with a standard suite of tools, and excellent customization options. We apply it mostly for Highrise data, but we also make combinations with internal data from our services, suh as accounting. I personally like the drag and drop functionalities, which look simple, but offer advanced coding practices for experienced users.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is no official user community where one could share practices and ideas, I really miss that. I believe I could get some more useful tips instead of resorting to support whenever a problem appears. Luckily for me, support was super tolerant and responsive, but I still think they should create a large user base for an even better experience. As for the product itself, I have no complaints at all. I am amazed by what it can do.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are tracking deal pipelines, and trying to predict what our staff needs, and we are very succesful at it. Overall, Easy Insight helps us evaluate the success of our business development strategies, so that we'll always know we're on the right path. We're still exploring the program, and I can only imagine the capabilities I haven't discovered yet.
