What are the best aspects of this product?
There is no need to worry about the system you're using, Easy Insight has built in connectors for any system that will help you get started (Google Analytics, Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.). Besides, there is a professional support team that will assist you any time, and will answer any question you might have. Packed under a neat surface, Easy Insight is much more powerful than it seems. The more you use it, the more it can do for you, and the value is amazing for the money you're paying.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Every refreshment or update they're introducing slows the system down, and I feel frustrated by it. The good thing is that support is there to solve my issues, so I don't really find this to be a serious problem. As I already mentioned, the product is powerful and there is a multitude of things to learn, but with all materials available that shouldn't be of any concern.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are already working with a variety of platforms, each of them with its own reporting tool, and what we wanted was to unite reports in a single platform that can gather and share data between all platforms. The tool had to be simple, but powerful, one we wouldn't have to invest too much at, and that could be set up with nothnig but consultant input. Easy Insight met our expectations, or it even surpassed them.
