What are the best aspects of this product?

The process for surveyors to input payments and orders and the authorisation process for approval creates a work flow which is useful to make sure orders are authorised at the appropriate level before issuing and payments are correct.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The support is poor and updates can create issues.

No errors!

It saved time by duplication of input for surveyors and accounts repeating the same data entry and created a good authorisation process for orders and payments.
