What are the best aspects of this product?
I did not find it to be user friendly. It was not an intuitive process.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We did not utilize this product like we thought we would. When the 12-month term was up, we contacted them to cancel the subscription. We were told at that time that if we wanted to cancel the subscription we would have had to contact them 3 months prior to the end of the 12 month term. I find that fine print to be a very deceptive way to conduct business. The renewal was also $1,800.00 more than the first 12 months.
We reached out to Easymovie and through our communication it was our understanding that they would not enforce this commitment. Three months later, with no communication in between, we recieve a letter from an attorney stating we own then $5,591.82 immediately. This is for services we have not received and will not be using.
