What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Donation reports need some improvements. There are instances when somebody sends a donation, but the system declines their card. The platform doesn’t have reports for declined donations, which could be critical in the calculations. It would be helpful if the system instantly notifies donors when such instances happen too.
