What are the best aspects of this product?

eClincher's scheduling feature is amazing and it easily fills your social media calendar! It can run ads with limited time too. You just need extra effort to set it up on different accounts but once you're all set, you don't have to worry about it again.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It'd be great if if there is a consolidated way to create customized reports or review up to 5 profiles all at once. I'm happy that this is also something they're considering to bringing in in the future. Though GMB report is not on their radar yet.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It saves a lot of time and helps keeping on top of audience interaction. It also helps in publishing bulk contents and it has features that I need.
