What are the best aspects of this product?
The suggestions that I get when I use a simple command with the keyboard is one of the best features of Eclipse. It has amazing support for a wide range of plugins as well. For example, I am currently using SVN and GIT plugins to help me keep track of versions.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Eclipse is by no means a lightweight software. In fact, it requires good hardware with great RAM to run like butter.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Eclipse is helping me with my web app projects and REST services.
