Ecwid is an effective tool with many benefits. It works well with my web hosts, it is easy to use, it has a lot of useful features, and the support team is very helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At first, shipping set-up was difficult. There were some mistakes made but with the support system, it was solved immediately.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Setting up different prices for the same product with different features can easily be done using Ecwid. I don't have to separate them into different categories anymore.
