What are the best aspects of this product?

The support team of Ecwid is very helpful. They helped me throughout the process of setting up the system. To make it more amazing, it is very affordable for the great value it presents us, as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would appreciate it if there are more plugins as delivery options. Having only the South African Post Office and Collivery can be a bit limiting in terms of my clients’ needs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Ecwid gave us web presence both in sales and marketing. It is great that we don't need extra skills to use this tool and the regular updates to improve the system is very much in apt with our needs.
