Ecwid is by far the greatest service provider I've used. It has a great database and their support system accommodates any of our inquiries immediately.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

More SKUs would've been useful for us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As a graphic designer, it can be quite difficult to manage customer purchases without a good provider. But with Ecwid's easy integration to my site, I was able to accomplish this easily.
