For 5 years, we have been using Ecwid for our online stores. It is very easy to integrate and their support team responds quickly to tickets.

Tutorials should be given to first time users. It can be hard learning on your own how to use this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We wanted to sell items internationally. Ecwid was able to solve this by integrating Paypal into our sites. It is also very affordable.
