Plenty of features, incredible customer support

What are the best aspects of this product?

I just really gotta say, their customer support is unbelievably amazing!! They have a chat feature, with a very responsive and knowledgable team, and they will never give you the generic useless customer support response, instead they will make sure to ask what you are intending to achieve and do their best to help! Twice they even helped me write a code on the fly that solved my problem.
I haven’t seen customer support that comes close to this in anything really.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some apps that I cannot use when I'm using it with Wix, otherwise don't have much to complain
