I built my shop without any knowledge of coding. It is very easy to set-up and uses. I even had someone compliment how my shop looks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing! Ecwid is an awesome tool. The only thing I'd suggest is to give new users a free plan so they can try it first.

As a start-up, Ecwid is a great help because of its affordability and ease of set-up.
